Ingredients:
Cooked rice, flavourings (contains milk), potato starch, milk protein, processed cheese, maltodextrin, onion, yeast extract, rice starch, salt, chives, boletus (Boletus edulis and related mushrooms), truffle (Tuber aestivum) 0,017%.
Preparation and use
For each cup of rice, pour 2 cups of cold water into a heavy saucepan (175 g risotto = 450 ml water). Bring to the boil and cook for 12 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Stir occasionally during cooking and especially before serving. Add a knob of butter or a little oil and Parmesan. Best served creamy.
