Ingredients:
Cooked rice, melted cheeses 6.1% (of which 60.9% are camembert, pecorino, emmental, cheddar and 39.1% other cheeses), potato starch, malt dextrin, rice starch, onion, sugar, yeast extract, salt, natural flavourings.
Preparation and use
For each cup of rice, pour 2 cups of cold water into a heavy saucepan (175 g risotto = 450 ml water). Bring to the boil and cook for 12 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Stir occasionally during cooking and especially before serving. Add a knob of butter or a little oil and Parmesan. Best served creamy.
