Ingredients:
Steamed rice, mushroom (Boletus Edulis and related variety) 2,6%, onion, melted cheese, potato starch, malt dextrin, milk, protein, sugar, rice starch, yeast extract, salt, natural flavourings, parsley, garlic.
Preparation and use
For each cup of rice, pour 2 cups of cold water into a heavy saucepan (175 g risotto = 450 ml water). Bring to the boil and cook for 12 minutes or until the water is absorbed. Stir occasionally during cooking and especially before serving. Add a knob of butter or a little oil and Parmesan. Best served creamy.
