Full leek flavour and creamy light taste - something that was previously only possible with full-fat cream. GEFRO have managed to create their Gourmet Soup just as creamy and full-flavoured using only vegetable products.
Ingredients:
Vegetables (Leek 14%, Potato, Shallot, Onion, Fennel) non-hardened vegetable fat (non-hydrogenated), rice flour, glucose syrup, sea salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate - naturally occurring product from sugar beet and corn), thickener: guar gum, dextrose, corn starch, yeast extract, modified starch. Herbs (chives, parsley), spices (turmeric, pepper), spice extract, maltodextrin, lemon powder.
Lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian.
