Enjoy the great taste of this varied classic pesto. As a Mediterranean addition to freshly baked bread, as a sauce for crispy fresh salads or as a marinade for fresh meat and fish, or as a seasoning for your favorite dishes. Preparation is very simple.
Ingredients:
42% hard cheese, inulin (from chicory), sweet whey powder, onions, sea salt, 6% greens (parsley, basil, oregano), 5% pine nuts, spinach powder, garlic, spices. May contain traces of nuts and peanuts. Allergic substances: peanuts and peanut products, milk and milk products.
Gluten-free, palm oil-free, sugar-free, high in fiber.
Preparation: To 10 g of powder (1 tablespoon) first add 5 ml of water (1 teaspoon), then 15 ml of oil (2 tablespoons) and mix well.
