Sanletti are pastas that find their place in the daily menu as part of a healthy, modern and balanced diet. Gluten-free pasta is the basis of fast and tasty dishes. They are great both in salads, dinners, but also sweet breakfasts loved by everyone. A simple composition, an ideal proposition for people intolerant to gluten.
Ingredients. Corn flour.
Preparation:
1. Bring 1 litre of water to the boil for every 100 g of pasta.
2. Add salt to taste.
3. Add the paste to the boiling water and stir.
4. Boil uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes.
5. Drain the paste and use them in your favourite recipe.
