Gluten-free Potato pancake mix, 200g
Ingredients:
Potato flakes 63 %, potato starch 32 %, dried minced onions 3,3 %, salt, pepper. May contain: celery, mustard, sulphur dioxide.
Preparation.
Ingredients: 200 g Potato pancakes - gluten-free mix, 1 egg, 500 ml water, oil for frying (approx. 60 ml).
Mix the contents of the package thoroughly with 500 ml of water and the egg. After the specified time, form patties (about 70 g each) by hand or with a spoon. Fry them in hot oil on both sides until golden brown. After frying, transfer them to a paper towel to drain off excess fat.
