A recipe for a gluten-free Keto Brownie cake
1Preheat the oven to 180 ⁰C (no hot air). 2. Prepare 100g of melted, cooled butter and 2 eggs. 3. Put KETO mix in a bowl, add eggs and butter. 4. Mix to a smooth dough, using a whisk, spoon or blender at the lowest speed, just a few turns of the blender is enough to avoid mixing. 5. Put the mass into a prepared form (approx. 23 x 8 x 7 cm) covered with baking paper. 6. Bake for about 20 minutes. 7. Remove the dough and allow it to cool completely.
