PANCAKES
Ingredients:
100 g of Pancake & waffles - gluten-free mixture
1 egg
120 ml of milk
50 ml of oil
30 g of powdered sugar
¾ teaspoons of baking powder
Execution:
Mix all ingredients into a homogeneous, smooth mass. Put the dough on a hot Teflon pan (without fat). Fry over low heat until golden brown on both sides.
WAFFLES
Ingredients:
200 g Pancake & waffles mix - gluten-free mix
180 ml milk
120 ml oil
4 tablespoons sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
Execution:
Beat egg whites until stiff. In a separate bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until smooth, then gently mix with the egg whites with a spoon. Fry in a waffle iron until golden brown.
