A soft, gluten-free and vegan brioche bun with a taste reminiscent of delicious Polish challah. Ideal for travel, school and work. Best spread with butter or with sweet toppings.
Ingredients: Millet starter (millet flour, water), water, starch (maize, modified maize), vegetable margarine (non-hydrogenated vegetable fats: palm, rapeseed, coconut, sunflower; water, emulsifiers (fatty acid and polyglycerol esters, mono- and diglycerides). fatty acids, sunflower lecithins), acid (citric acid), flavouring, colour (carotenes)), inulin, yeast, sugar, thickener (xanthan gum), rice flour, humectant (glycerol), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sunflower lecithin), salt, potato protein, natural flavouring, raising agent (sodium bicarbonate).
Use: After reheating in the oven at 175°C for 2 minutes, you will get a crispy crust.
